Our Background

Kelly ONeill, an ex-corporate Administrative Assistant and Contract Administrator started Virtual Assistant Services after she decided to leave her job working for Lucent Technologies in New Jersey.

Kelly decided to return to college full-time in North Carolina and is currently attending Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Kelly is currently working towards her BSBA degree, with a dual major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

While living in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Kelly saw the potential for businesses to outsource administrative services. Many businesses in her small town and across the United States cannot afford or do not want to deal with hiring full-time administrative help, however, they have many clerical needs to be fulfilled.
